CST program (Caregivers Skills Training)

Caregiver skills training program for families of children with developmental delays or disorders. This unique program emphasizes strategies that can be helpful to specialists as well as parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Benefits of CST program:

- Improve parenting skills and overall family well-being

- May be embedded into existing system

- Capacity development for professionals at all levels

- Increased reach to parents of children who may not be accessing educational system

- Progress towards achieving the caregiver's goals for their child

- Joint participation, communication and child's behavior improvement

- Caregiver well-being and family functioning improvement

- Reducing stigma in communities
