Naked Heart France holds an International Forum, «Bridging the gaps: Effective programs for children with autism from Early Intervention through successful inclusion in schools and positive transition to adulthood», on the 10th of May.

Date: 10th of May 2023, 11.00-17.00

Location: L'Atrium du siège de LVMH à Paris, 22 avenue Montaigne.

This Forum will be the first in a series of informational and educational events for professionals working with children with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD), parents and family members of autistic children.

Autism is one of the most common developmental disabilities, and the need for up-to-date knowledge and support programs around the world is tremendous. The most recent international data suggests that 1 in 36 children may have ASD.

This event is the best place to get a comprehensive summary of evidence-based approaches for children with ASD through an all-day programme that includes presentations by world-renowned experts:

Naked Heart France has already launched partnerships in Paris with the best-practice support services for families raising children with autism and other disabilities. Jean-Marc Monguillet, president of the association Autisme Ile-de-France (AEIDF) will deliver opening remarks and Ana Bibay, the Executive Director of the MAIA Autism Association and the National Clinical Director of the Association Agir et Vivre l'Autisme will present on structuring educational care and strengthening professional skills in personalised support in ABA.

Jean-Marc Monguillet, president of the association Autisme Ile-de-France (AEIDF): "Genuine early diagnosis coupled with intensive early intervention and family support is showing great potential in maximising children with ASD's chances, but is still in its infancy and needs to be further invested into. We push hard to materialize such medico-social innovations and equally support converging private initiatives alike to provide great inroads into wider access to early intervention programs".
